Parking & Shuttles
We are offering shuttles to and from our conference locations should you need them, but parking is available in the Mississippi Street parking garage (located at 1201 Oread Ave), which is about a two-minute walk to conference sessions, free of charge. Please disregard any signs you may see on campus that indicate payment is needed.
Parking is also available at our Tuesday dinner location, Abe & Jake’s Landing, if you prefer to drive rather than take the shuttle from your hotel.

Monday
2-7 p.m.
Shuttles from TownePlace Suites, The Eldridge, Doubletree and SpringHill Suites to the Jayhawk Welcome Center. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop.
*Those staying at The Oread can walk to/from registration and reception.
Tuesday Morning
7 a.m.
Shuttles from TownePlace Suites, The Eldridge, Doubletree and SpringHill Suites to Kansas Union.
7:45 a.m.
Shuttles from TownePlace Suites, The Eldridge, Doubletree and SpringHill Suites to Kansas Union.

Tuesday Afternoon
12:15 p.m.
Shuttles from the Jayhawk Welcome Center to the DeBruce Center. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop.
2 p.m.
Shuttles from the Debruce Center to the Jayhawk Welcome Center. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop.
4:30-5:30 p.m.
Shuttles from the Jayhawk Welcome Center to TownePlace Suites, The Eldridge, Doubletree and SpringHill Suites.
Last hotel shuttles leave at 5:30 p.m.
6-9:45 p.m.
Shuttles from TownePlace Suites, The Eldridge, Doubletree and The Oread to Abe & Jake’s. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop.
Last shuttle leaves Abe & Jake’s at 9:45 p.m.
