Fundraising Event Wrap-Up Form

Because of specific IRS tax reporting requirements, KU Endowment must track financial information related to fundraising events. We need your help to ensure that we have the required information.

We must report total receipts from the event, the tax deductible portion of those receipts, and cash expenses to hold the the event. The form will help you to provide this information to us.
