Meet the Chancellors Club Scholars
Miles Crawford

Miles, a recent Wichita East High School graduate and talented musician, is majoring in chemical engineering. Outside of class, Miles sparks creative passions by recording and editing videos for friends. As the first Jayhawk in his family, Miles is excited to learn and carve out his path at KU.

Lauren, a recent Blue Valley High School graduate, is continuing her education in computer science at KU. She has shown leadership capabilities through the National Arts Honors Society and DECA, while exploring her passions through the theater stage crew.

Carly, a recent graduate from Blue Valley Northwest High School, is studying biochemistry. She found her passion for helping members of the community throughout high school and plans to focus on research. Carly enjoys crafting and is excited to continue learning in all ways possible.

Nicole, a recent graduate from Blue Valley Southwest High School, is studying biochemistry and East Asian languages and cultures at KU. She found her passion for learning and for Chinese through her family’s heritage. Both fields piqued Nicole’s interest as she can continue to do research and learn more about Chinese culture.

Nathaniel is most passionate about creating technical engineering projects and spending time with friends and family. He participated in many clubs in high school, but working in robotics helped shape his desire to study engineering.

Helenna is passionate about mental health advocacy and is fascinated by the functions of the human brain.
