Senior Class Gifts

Since 1873, graduates have left their legacy at KU by participating in one of the oldest traditions on the Hill.

Each year, members of KU’s graduating class join together in honor of their graduation to help support, enrich and enhance the experience of current students. Now it’s your turn.

Celebrate Commencement. A donation to the Senior Class Gift Campaign is a meaningful way for you to celebrate your years at KU and to show your appreciation for the experiences and opportunities made available to you. The university is built on tradition, and this symbolic gift marks the beginning of a new tradition: staying connected to KU through giving as an alumnus.

Your participation — no matter how large or small your gift — is important to the Senior Class Gift Campaign!

Why Participate?

HONOR WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT KU.
As a senior, you have the chance to give back as a means of honoring the professor, the class or the student activity that changed your life.

INCREASE THE VALUE OF YOUR DEGREE.
Donor participation benefits the rankings for top-tier public research universities like KU. The more people who give back to KU, the better the school ranks, thereby increasing the value of your KU degree.

LEAD THE WAY FOR FUTURE JAYHAWKS.
Become a part of a tradition that shows that your class values the education and experiences you have been privileged to receive. Help to provide more opportunities and a better campus life to future students.

COMMEMORATE YOUR YEARS ON THE HILL.
It is no doubt you will leave KU with some very special memories; remember where you started and what the future holds for you.

Our Gift to You

The KU Alumni Association and KU Endowment have partnered to give you one year of membership in the KU Alumni Association. Your membership will begin the summer after you graduate.
