The Administration Division encompasses the departments of accounting, document imaging, human resources, student loans and scholarship administration.

The Human Resources Department provides assistance to staff and administers numerous processes throughout the year such as recruitment and onboarding, benefits, annual open enrollment, payroll and timekeeping and performance reviews.

The Development Division oversees fundraising for all campuses, including development research, donor relations, annual giving, constituent development, the Chancellors Club, corporate and foundation development, gift planning, medical development and scholarship support.

The KU Endowment offices of development located in Kansas City and Wichita are charged with raising private, major gifts for all constituencies within the main campuses of the University of Kansas Medical Center, and the Salina and Wichita campuses.
