Careers

As an employee at KU Endowment, you’ll witness firsthand the power of Jayhawk generosity.

The people who support KU Endowment’s mission are a talented, fun group who have a passion for helping the University of Kansas achieve its aspirations.

KU Endowment is a nonprofit organization, separate from the university and the state of Kansas. We are the official foundation for raising and managing private funds on behalf of KU. Many university foundations help cover their operating costs by charging fees on gifts, but we allocate 100% of the principal of every gift for the purpose designated by the donor.

We employ about 160 people in areas such as development (fundraising), accounting, information systems, administrative support and communications.

In addition, KU students work part-time on our fundraising campaign to help raise money to benefit the university.

We seek people who share our core values and a commitment to our mission to “partner with donors in providing philanthropic support to build a greater University of Kansas.”

It is the policy and commitment of The Kansas University Endowment Association to prohibit discrimination in employment practices, organizational activities and provision of services on the basis of race, national origin, color, creed, religion, sex, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other consideration made unlawful by applicable law.
