KU Endowment will not tolerate conduct that harasses, disrupts, or interferes with work performance, or which creates an intimidating, offensive, or hostile environment. This includes not only conduct by or toward KU Endowment employees but also any such conduct by or toward third parties, such as donors or prospective donors, and business partners of, and suppliers of goods and services to, KU Endowment.
